New Year’s is a time for joy, festivity, and celebration. It’s time to stop looking back and plan ahead. We don’t want to bring you down or hurt your optimism, but the reality of New Year’s resolutions is kind of sad. Around 92 percent of the people, who make New Year’s resolutions, fail to follow through on their promises.

Why is that?
